He also has a wealth of experience in the use of aviation statistics to forecast aviation activity, air service development, and airline and airport revenue and cost issues.

Arturo Garcia is the Chief Operating Officer at Avports, where he directs operations and maintenance across 11 US airport locations. With over two decades of international experience in the aviation and aerospace sectors, Arturo is an expert in airport operations, customer experience, sustainable management, and data analytics. He holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering and is recognized as an International Airport Professional (IAP). His career highlights include leadership at Munich Airport International and ACI World, and significant involvement in US public-private partnership projects. Arturo focuses on digital transformation and integrating advanced aviation technologies, including eVTOL aircraft, to enhance airport efficiency and passenger experience.
