Craig Windram, a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience, was formerly the Head of Europe & Africa for Voltalia France, where he contributed to the company's renewable energy initiatives. His extensive expertise spans all aspects of the energy transition, including the development, financing, operation, and optimization of large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects worldwide. Previously, he held senior roles at Triton Timber Group and Abengoa. As of July 1, 2024, Mr. Windram was appointed CEO of Ocean Winds, an international company dedicated to offshore wind energy, where he leads efforts to consolidate its expertise in the sector.

Hans van Steen is Adviser on Research and Innovation and Energy Efficiency in the Directorate General for Energy in the European Commission. Mr van Steen holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Århus, Denmark. He began his career in the Danish Ministry for Education and later moved to the Ministry for Energy as Head of Sector for European and Nordic energy co-operation. He joined the European Commission in 1989 as a Seconded National Expert, working mainly in the area of energy technology dissemination.

Laszlo Varro, formerly Chief Economist at the International Energy Agency (IEA) from 2016 to 2021, provided critical energy economics and methodological support, leading the Economics and Investment Office. Joining the IEA in 2011, he initially served as Head of Gas and Electricity Markets, focusing on gas supply security and electricity market design. His extensive background includes roles as Director for Strategy Development at MOL Group and Head of Price Regulation at the Hungarian Energy Office. Mr. Varro completed his economics studies at Corvinus University of Budapest and the University of Cambridge.
