Manoel Palma (Toco Palma), Advogado, Pós Graduado em Administração Pública. Possui Curso de Extensão Universitária em Direito pela Universidade de Burgos - Espanha. Cursou sobre a Comunidade Européia voltada para o Mercosul em Coimbra - Portugal. Possui Curso de Recuperação Judicial de empresas pelo IBAJUD/SP, e por fim, está cursando LLM em Direito Tributário e Processo Tributário pela FMP/RS. Há um ano e meio exerce o cargo de Diretor Administrativo e Financeiro da Companhia Matogrossense de Gás - MTGÁS, atuando nas negociações dos contratos da Companhia junto a YPFB da Bolívia e atuando também na nova Lei do Gás.

Within 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Rafael Farias Gloria is a Vice President Finance & Control for Equinor, currently in Brazil Heading Finance & Control in Development & Production Brazil and is part of the Management Committee of the company. Prior to joining Equinor, Rafael has worked as an Auditor in PwC for 5 years with experience in relevant national and international companies in different industry sectors. Raphael Moura serves as Interim General Director at ANP - Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustível. A dedicated professional since joining ANP in 2005, he has held numerous strategic and leadership positions, including Superintendent of Operational Safety and Environment, Exploration, and Infrastructure.
