Ricardo Martins é Vice Presidente de Project Finance do Itaú BBA, com 17 anos de atuação neste segmento. Iniciou sua carreira no Unibanco em 2001 e acumula experiência particularmente em concessões aeroportuárias, rodoviárias e de saneamento. Participou de leilões de destaque, como dos aeroportos de Guarulhos, Viracopos, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Galeão, Fortaleza, Porto Alegre, Salvador e Florianópolis. Foi o líder da equipe em todos estes deals. Também atuou como assessor da 2ª Etapa de Concessões Rodoviárias Federais, bem como da 2ª Etapa de Concessões Rodoviárias de São Paulo, entre outros projetos. É formado em Economia pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP).

Ricardo is responsible for leading CPP Investments' activities in Infrastructure in Latin America, and has been overseeing investments in energy and infrastructure in Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Peru.

Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2015, Ricardo spent over 20 years covering the energy and infrastructure segments, including at Bank of America and Santander.

Ricardo holds a BS in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

He is on the boards of CESP and VTRM in Brazil, Grupo Costanera in Chile, IDEAL in Mexico, and TGP in Peru.

Rogério has solid experience in structuring, hiring and management of financing, as well as prospecting and capturing funds with national and international financial institutions. Prior to joining AEGEA, worked at Caixa Econômica Federal as Executive of Infrastructure and Sanitation. As Vice President Executive of Institutional Relations at Aegea, he is responsible to expand the models of collaborative action between the company and new partners, and to strength the company's institutional position with its interlocutors, such as class associations and public entities.

Teresa Vernaglia, CEO of BRK Ambiental, has served for more than 25 years in leadership positions in the Telecommunication and Energy sectors. Teresa worked for 16 years in the AES group and was President of AES Atimus and AES Brasil Institute. She started her career at NEC Brasil and before joining AES, was Director of Engineering and Operations at Nextel. Teresa Vernaglia holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of Sorocaba and an MBA in Business Management from the Instituto Técnico de Aeronáutica / ESPM.

Mestre em Ciências Jurídico-Políticas pela Universidade de Coimbra, em 2002.
Diante do contexto mundial e da situação que afeta o país, mais do que nunca, o saneamento permanece na agenda do setor público e do setor privado como prioridade para investimento e como um serviço fundamental à população. Existe a preocupação no mercado que as mudanças regulatórias necessárias, diante dessa conjuntura, novamente se tardem e que, por mais tempo, o setor de saneamento continue sem avanços significativos em 2020.
