Henri Wilmes

Henri Wilmes serves as the Chief Investment Officer at LRO Hospitality, a value-add hotel venture targeting investments across key Western European city markets. He brings extensive expertise in European hotel investment and asset management, holding an MSc in Finance from London Business School and a BSc in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Previously, Mr. Wilmes was Chief Investment Officer for a&o hostels, where he significantly expanded their portfolio to 40 properties across eight countries. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President – Hotel Acquisitions for London and Regional Properties Hotels, contributing to transactions and financings exceeding GBP 2.5 billion. His role at LRO Hospitality involves identifying prime hospitality assets and driving value creation through active asset management, as demonstrated by the recent acquisition of the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place.
