Roshan Banka
Biography
Mr. Banka is a Managing Director in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on Asia credit. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Banka was a Principal on the India team at SSG Advisors LLP, where he focused on identifying opportunities, structuring investments and asset management. Previously, Mr. Banka was a Vice President at ICICI Ventures Funds (Mumbai). In addition, he was a Vice President at Samena Capital (Bahrain, Dubai) and an Associate at Clearwater Capital Partners (Mumbai). Mr. Banka began his career at Pricewaterhouse as an Associate in India. Mr. Banka holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
