Biography
Rajesh Bhatia is a seasoned turnaround and transformation specialist with over 26 years of experience in corporate finance, debt syndication, investment banking, and financial advisory. He currently serves as Director – Investment Banking for the National Capital Region (NCR) and Maharashtra at Mango Financial Advisors, where he leads strategic initiatives and advisory practices. Rajesh has previously held senior leadership roles at Yes Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he played a pivotal role in structured finance deals and capital market transactions. He began his career in consulting at a boutique investment banking firm and is a commerce graduate who has further enhanced his leadership capabilities through programs at IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad. Rajesh is passionate about driving business growth, managing risk, and unlocking value through strategic and operational transformations.
