Lata Pillai is Senior Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, India, at JLL, based in Mumbai. Appointed in July 2021, she leads the India Capital Markets team, advising domestic and international clients on real estate investments and financing solutions. With over 30 years of extensive experience in banking and real estate, Pillai previously held senior leadership roles at ICICI Bank, where she built its real estate finance desk, and at Deutsche Bank, where she was Head of Commercial Real Estate. Her expertise also spans significant positions at Edelweiss Financial Services and Yes Bank, demonstrating a deep specialization in real estate and financial services.
