Biography
Lakshmipathi joined ASK in 2009 as one of the co-founding members of Real Estate Fund business in building FUM of over INR 70 Bn. ▪ He is instrumental in setting up the fund raising, deployment and investment management in South India ▪ He has led investments of over USD 195 Mn spread across 17 Mn sq.ft of residential development with excellent exit track records ▪ He has also led the maiden offshore fundraise of USD 90 Mn. Additionally, he leads the legal function ▪ With over 3 decades of experience, he previously worked with ICICI Bank, specializing in Mortgages and real estate funding ▪ He holds a B.Sc. degree from Loyola College, Chennai
