Khilen Shah
Biography
Mr. Khilen Shah has been involved in the entire spectrum of business activities ranging from project planning, financial closures, investment decisions, legal matters, and marketing and branding activities. Mr. Khilen Shah has been instrumental in raising more than Rs. 1000 Cr.+ (~USD 125 mn) of equity capital for the Hubtown group (and its group companies) since 2020, and has helped achieve financial closures of more than US$ 300 mn for the various group projects through various foreign and domestic funds, HNIs and family offices. Mr. Khilen Shah graduated from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a Bachelor of Science (with honours) in Finance and Management, and also has an MBA from London Business School.

Hubtown has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has completed over 13 million square feet of projects in Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat. The company has over 45 projects under development comprising over 50 million sq. ft.+ area, largely in Mumbai city.
