Biography
Ben plays a pivotal role across functions of the group with specific focus on building strategic alliances across all businesses. He has over 19 years of experience in different key areas of the RE business and has been instrumental in projects across Asia. In India he has executed inward transactions adding to more than USD 200 million and exits exceeding USD 500 million. He has successfully executed 20+ principal land deals in India & headed 5 principal exits of developed assets (among the largest in India). Before establishing Assetz, Ben held senior positions with the Lend Lease Group as Country and Asset Manager (India, Japan, South Korea and Australia).
