As a Chartered Financial Analyst, Clifford brings extensive expertise in real estate finance, capital markets, and investment strategy. He plays a crucial role in structuring complex transactions and managing relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and capital partners to support Lightstone's continued growth and development projects nationwide.
