Zdenka Noack is the co-owner of Zeitraum Student Housing, a daughter company of Zeitgeist Asset Management. Since 2015, Zeitraum Student Housing is operating a student accommodation project in Holešovice, Prague. Zeitraum represents a new style of modern student living. Currently, Zeitraum acquires different properties in Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary to establish the new concept. The expectation is to become one of the major player in this segment in CEE. Before Zeitraum, Zdena has been working as an attorney-at-law in different international law firms in Czech republic and Germany. In this position, she was advising international, especially German clients, with M & A, Corporate and Real estate Law.
