Biography
Tom Lisiecki is the CEO of TriGranit Development - Warsaw, bringing over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. He joined TriGranit Polska in 2004, progressing through roles including commercial manager, development director, and Country Director for Poland. After serving as Chief Investment Officer for the corporation and Chief Development Officer for CityCon, he returned to TriGranit as CEO in 2019. Mr. Lisiecki has been instrumental in major Polish projects like Silesia City Center, Bonarka City Center, and Poznan City Center. He holds a degree in economics and finance from the University of Toronto and an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and WHU–Otto Beisheim School of Management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and emphasizes ESG and sustainability in TriGranit's operations.

TriGranit, founded in 1997, is a top real estate development platform in Central and Eastern Europe, especially in Poland. The firm is involved in investment, acquisition, development, construction, and asset management, focusing on high-quality retail, Class "A" office buildings, and mixed-use projects. Since joining DRFG Investment Group in 2024, TriGranit has broadened its scope, recently securing a lease in Warsaw's Signum Work Station.
