Stefan Petrikovics

Dr. Stefan Petrikovics is a Principal at SMG Holding, an investment firm he founded in 2020. He has been instrumental in establishing SMG as a leading IPO sponsor in Europe, with approximately €5 billion in principal investing transactions completed. Prior to SMG Holding, Dr. Petrikovics served as a Principal at TPG Capital from 2013 to 2019, where he was responsible for sourcing and execution in Germany, the Netherlands, and Eastern Europe. His distinguished career also includes senior positions at Morgan Stanley, CFO at P3 Logistics Parks, and CFO of listed Züblin Immobilien. He earned his MBA and a PhD in Law from the University of Vienna and Vienna University of Economics & Business.
