Shiraz Jiwa
Biography
Shiraz Jiwa is the Founder and CEO of award-winning London headquartered Valesco Group, one of Europe’s fastest-growing private equity real estate platforms. With more than two decades of multi-cycle experience, he has a strong track record of delivering differentiated and innovative investment outcomes for sovereign and institutional capital. Previously, he was a partner and head of real estate at sovereign backed AGC Equity Partners. A former Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns special situations banker, he specialises in real estate private equity, complex restructurings and special situations. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Imperial College London and chairs The Valesco Foundation.
