Biography
Sara Willard brings over 30 years of investment and development expertise to urban projects, specializing in adaptive reuse, residential, mixed-use and redevelopment projects. Before founding her NYC real estate development firm in 2015, (www.workablecity.com), she managed $400M+ of investments for institutional private equity firms and developers. As a business owner, she raised $50M of equity for $150M projects in Brooklyn and now seeks redevelopment opportunities in the UK and Europe.
