Pierre Beissel

Pierre Beissel is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practices at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg. He specializes in advising private equity firms, hedge funds, and real estate funds on fund structuring, formation, and the financing of international buy-out transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Beissel also provides counsel on corporate governance matters. He is an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association and has been a member of both the Luxembourg Bar since 1999 and the New York Bar since 2001.
