Biography
Pedro Antunes is Co-Founder of Alea Capital Partners, where he leads the Alternative Living Solutions strategy. With over 14 years of experience as a private investor, Pedro has successfully backed and exited multiple companies across diverse sectors, building a consistent track record in value creation, strategic positioning, and disciplined growth execution. Alongside his investment career, Pedro has been deeply involved in his family’s real estate business, contributing to the development of multiple projects across residential and alternative asset classes. He also led the creation and development of Andy, a branded student residence platform designed to deliver operational excellence and differentiated living experiences within the PBSA segment. Pedro holds an MBA from INDEG Business School in partnership with Columbia University, and a BA from Nova School of Business and Economics.
