Before joining Bywater in 2013, Patrick led major deals and built high-performing teams as Head of Capital Markets for CEE at CBRE. At Bywater, he drives investment strategy, structuring, and investor relations, positioning the business for scalable growth. He also serves on the Board of Invest NI and is a respected industry voice on market trends and investment strategy. With a bold vision and proven track record, Patrick is leading Bywater into its next chapter, unlocking opportunity and delivering long-term value.
