Biography
An architect trained at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, Miguel Hernández is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and currently holds the position of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte. Before joining CreaMNN in 2015, he worked on major international urban projects, as well as leading renowned institutions such as the international network of real estate experts, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the real estate consulting firm Aguirre Newman.

Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte is the urban transformation company that is promoting the Madrid Nuevo Norte project, the largest urban regeneration project in Spain and one of the most important in Europe, which will put Madrid at the forefront of the major European capitals.
