Maximilian Kufer
Biography
Maximilian Kufer is the Head of ESG, Private Markets at Invesco, based in London. In this role, he leads the strategic direction for ESG, drives client engagement, and integrates ESG across Invesco's global real assets and private alternative strategies. He also chairs key ESG committees. Previously, Maximilian was Global Sustainability Manager at AXA IM – Alts, responsible for the ESG strategy across real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. He holds a dual BSc in Finance and Environmental Science and an MSc in Finance, bringing comprehensive expertise to sustainable investment. His contributions extend to various industry ESG committees.
