Biography
Marine Guerin is a Director in the Real Estate team at Arrow Global focusing on distressed and special situation investments across Europe and more specifically Hospitality. Based in London, she joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Arrow, Marine was a founding member of the UK community housing team at Man Group Global Private Market (now part of Man GLG), focusing on residential investments. Marine began her career at Schroders before moving to the real estate debt investment team at Venn Partner (now owned by ESR) in 2015. Marine graduated from Université Paris II Pantheon Assas with an MSc in banking and a Magister in finance. Marine also holds a degree in applied mathematics for the university of Paris X.
