Biography
Marek Obuchowicz is a real estate investment professional focused on the living and residential sectors. As Co-Managing Partner, he oversees the development and operations of the LifeSpot PRS platform in Poland and StudentSpace, a joint venture targeting the PBSA market, while also co-supervising Murapol’s operations. He played a key role in the 2019 acquisition of Student Depot, expanding the platform from 500 to 5,000 beds and leading the successful exit of Griffin’s stake in 2023. Today, he focuses on building management teams, scaling Griffin’s living platforms through partnerships and acquisitions, and supporting strategic transactions and refinancing initiatives. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of London.
