Lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in legal advice. She provides legal advice in the areas of real estate, urban planning, tourism and environmental law. She advises and structures real estate investment operations, from the initial purchase to the subsequent urban licensing proceedings, and assists in environmental licensing procedures and on the processes towards the issue of operating licences for various sectors, including retail, housing, industry, business offices, equipment, tourist resorts and short term rental. She assists in the negotiation of various types of contracts directly related to the areas of real estate and tourism, providing day-to-day legal advice to various domestic and international groups.
