Karel Klecka

Karel Klecka serves as Director Capital Markets Europe at Panattoni, a leader in logistics and industrial real estate across Europe. With over a decade of experience in real estate and financial markets, Karel ensures optimal cooperation between Panattoni and its capital partners and investors. Prior to joining Panattoni, he was a director and board member at Patria Investment Company, where he was instrumental in its market launch, securing permits, structuring investment funds, and acquiring clients and real estate. His background also includes roles at international real estate advisory firms such as DTZ, JLL, and King Sturge in the Czech Republic and UK, where he led real estate appraisals. Karel holds a degree in Economics and Real Estate Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague and also studied at Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.
