Javier Arús
Biography
Javier Arús leads the investment in the hotel segment for the different investment vehicles of Azora Group. The team conducts the analysis of potential investments, the refurbishments and the asset management. Javier has been responsible for the restructuring of the Carey fund since its management by Azora. He has led the acquisition of Hispania´s hotel portfolio, from 2014- 2017 becoming the largest hotel owner in Spain. Prior to joining the Group in 2010, he worked for 15 yrs at Banco Santander, where he held various positions in Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Banking. In 2004, was appointed CEO of Banco Santander Suisse and, in 2007, CEO of the Santander Private Banking International Division. Javier obtained a business

Azora
