Jaime Enrique Hugas
Biography
Jaime is the co-CEO and co-founder -with his brother Paco- of Spanish developer and investment & asset manager Conren Tramway. His background is in international private equity and investment banking at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley in London. He has extensive experience in strategy, fund raising, investment & asset management and, capital markets. Within real estate, his experience covers investing in commercial and residential developments, value add and core plus properties, including opco-propco structures in healthcare and in secured loans. He currently serves on the Board of APCE (developers´association) and has served on the boards of private, public sector and not for profit organisations.

Conren Tramway
CT is a Spanish real estate investment and development company with assets including offices, mixed-use developments, residential buildings, and logistics warehouses. Initially focused on offices, CT has expanded into residential and logistics, currently developing nearly 500,000 m². Its multidisciplinary team of around 50 professionals operates from Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, covering the full real estate asset lifecycle.
