Biography
Jai is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate Debt. He is jointly responsible for the day-to-day implementation of ICG Real Estate's Debt strategies and serves as an investment committee member for both debt & equity strategies. Prior to joining ICG, Jai spent two years at Amro Partners - a real estate investment firm investing, developing and managing purpose built residential assets. As Investment Director he was responsible for acquisitions, capital raising and financing. Prior to this he held various debt investing roles at ICG-Longbow & Barclays, starting his career at Lehman Brothers Asset Management. Jai holds a BA in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
