Gregory Cooper serves as Managing Director, UK Industrial & Logistics at Hines, a role he was promoted to in March 2021. He initially joined Hines UK in July 2018 as Director of Industrial & Logistics, spearheading the firm's entry into the UK logistics market. With over a decade of specialized experience in investment, development, and asset management within the UK logistics sector, including a tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Cooper has been instrumental in significantly expanding Hines' industrial and logistics portfolio. He continues to drive strategic acquisitions and developments, solidifying Hines' presence in key distribution nodes across the UK.
