Biography
François graduated from ESSEC and Panthéon Assas university (M2 in notary law). François worked previously at Catella & Unibail-Rodamco (Investment) before launching Colonies with two other cofounders - Amaury Courbon (ex- Jaïna Capital) and Alexandre Martin (ex - Rothschild). They had a first entrepreneurship success with Gansky, a society specialized in flatsharing for students. With Colonies, they target to create a new urban housing experience for a broader audience. He is a member of the RICS.

Colonies is operating in Paris area - from Place Mazas, an emblematic site of Reinventer la Seine won with REI Habitat and Icade - to Fontainebleau or la Défense.
