Dhruv Sharma
Biography
Dhruv Sharma is the CEO of Marcena Capital Ltd, an investment firm he established in 2014 based in London, and he is a father to three children. With two decades of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Assets Investing, he leads Marcena Capital's activities in due diligence, fiduciary and board advisory, and capital formation. The firm has deployed over $250 million directly into GP Partnerships since 2014. Prior to founding Marcena Capital, Dhruv served as Asset Allocation Director at Strategic Assets Partners LLP. He is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and the University of Warwick, graduating with Distinction. Sharma is also the author of "Power and Capital: A Global History of Private Capital" and "Financial History of Asian Private Equity, 1990-2020".
