Biography

Colin Campbell is the Chairman and co-founder of Pradera, a leading retail real estate asset, investment, and fund management specialist based in London. He co-founded Pradera in January 2000 and chairs the company and its Investment Committee, along with Pradera Lateral and numerous other group companies. Mr. Campbell also serves on the ESG and Risk Committees and maintains key client relationships, supporting Pradera's leadership in future business development. His expertise has been central to Pradera's growth in continental Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, with the firm managing over €4.8 billion in retail properties. Notably, he was instrumental in the €900 million acquisition of 25 Ikea retail parks across Europe in 2017.

We currently manage four discretionary retail property funds investing in shopping centres and retail warehouse parks. We also manage assets on behalf of separate mandate clients as well as investing with partners on a joint venture basis. We currently manage in excess of €3.1 billion, comprising of 51 assets. The team has wide experience across all retail types such as shopping centres, retail warehousing, as well as leisure and high street retail.
