Clemens Schaefer
Biography
He has been with the company since 1998 and has 21 years of experience in real estate investment and management. During his career, Clemens has been responsible for nearly €20 billion in transaction activity and has built several major client relationships with institutional investors for DWS. Prior to his current role, Clemens Schäfer was Chief Investment Officer and Head of Portfolio Management of the Real Estate division in Europe. Clemens Schäfer is a member of the "Real Estate" working group of the German Association for Financial Analysis and Asset Management (DVFA) and the Real Estate Committee of the German Investment and Asset Management Association (BVI).
