Biography
Claudio Santos is the CEO of PortoBay Hotels & Resorts. With over two decades at the group, he previously served as Executive Director for PortoBay in Brazil, where he was instrumental in establishing, expanding, and consolidating the brand's operations. His expertise encompasses business development and strategic acquisitions, significantly contributing to PortoBay's growth across Portugal and Brazil. Santos holds a degree and post-graduation in Management from ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and completed the PMD program at IESE Business School.
