Ash Griffiths
Biography
Ash Griffiths has 25 years of experience in the property sector. As former MD of LSL Partners, he oversaw £200M in investments across Greater London and the South-East, delivering 7,000 homes through brownfield and greenfield developments. Previously, as a Partner at Strutt and Parker (now BNP Paribas), he led acquisitions, sales, and planning for housebuilders and developers while advising landowners on strategic opportunities. Before that, he founded Aurora Property Developments, focusing on office, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Ash began his career at Strutt and Parker and King Sturge (now JLL). He holds a BSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes, is an RICS Member, serves on the LPDF Board, and contributes to the ULI Residential Council. Additionally, he is a Non-Executive Director at Addland, a leading PropTech company, supporting innovation in land and property technology.
