CEO and Owner of ROCA GRUPO INMOBILIARIO. It is a family owned Real Estate development group with over 60 years of history, managed by the 3rd generation of the owner family. The group companies focus mainly in the development and construction of affordable residential housing in Spain. The group has developed over 7000 houses to sell and to rent in Spain in 4 regions: Madrid, Valencia, Aragón and Cataluña. Our goal is to increase our activity in Madrid in the near future and we are active exploring build to rent opportunities with investors interested in affordable housing to rent. We are also interested in buying land ready to license in Madrid region in order to increase our activity in residential for sale or build to rent.
