Biography
Alfonso Agullo oversees real estate credit origination and investment at Santander Alternative Investments and works under across real estate credit functions in Deva-SAI, with a Southern European focus. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate. Before joining SAI in 2023, he spent 16 years in Banco Santander Corporate Investment Banking where Alfonso was Head of Commercial Real Estate and Head of Collaboration Revenues Structured Finance In his previous role, he was in charge of the origination, analysis and negotiation of Real Estate financing originating and structuring deals totaling more than €8bn in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Grupo Santander, Alfonso held various positions, he was relationship banker of construction companies and worked in the project finance team at Bankia.
