Biography

Formada em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Mackenzie, possui MBA em Master Business Administration em Planejamento e Controle Empresarial (FAAP) e em General Management e International Management (IBMEC). Iniciou sua carreira em 1998, como gerente de Novos Negócios da então Accor Hotels, posteriormente assumiu a gerencia de Novos Negócios da Blue Tree Hotels, onde atuou por sete anos. Em 2008, Maria Carolina chega a RCI como gerente de Desenvolvimento de Novos Negócios e, após uma jornada de sucesso no cargo, assume, no ano de 2014, a direção geral da RCI - Resort Condominiums Internacional. Atualmente é Vice Presidente de desenvolvimento de negócios para américa latina e caribe na Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
