Michael Renz studied economics (MBA) and computer science (MA) in Germany and England. In his roles at EY he is Global Technology Consulting leader for retail and consumer industries and German sector leader for Consumer Products & Retail. Before he joined EY he was a member of the executive board of J&M Management Consulting, responsible for the SAP consulting business.

Larissa Jacobson has been with QuadReal since February 2018. As Vice President, Retail Leasing, Larissa is responsible for overseeing an active leasing portfolio of 2.8 million square feet in Western Canada consisting of enclosed shopping centres, open centres and developments under construction and in the planning stages. Larissa completed her executive MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University in 2017. Larissa was formerly with Bentall Kennedy as Director of Leasing responsible for over 2 million square feet for 10 years. Larissa began her career at CB Richard Ellis in 2002.

Andrew Kiguel is Co-Founder and CEO of Tokens.com, a leading digital asset investment company based in Canada. With extensive experience in finance and technology, Kiguel has positioned Tokens.com as a pioneer in blockchain and cryptocurrency investments. Under his leadership, the company has built a diversified portfolio of digital assets and blockchain-related investments. Kiguel brings deep expertise in capital markets and strategic business development, having previously held senior roles in investment management. He is recognized for his forward-thinking approach to digital asset allocation and his ability to identify emerging opportunities in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency and DeFi sectors. His leadership has helped establish Tokens.com as a trusted institutional player in the digital asset ecosystem.

Currently working for CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments, as Research Director – Commercial Thought Leadership, Davinder is a trained economist and researcher. She has previously worked for the European Commission, the City of London Corporation, a professional membership body representing retail real estate and a global engineering foundation. Having worked at local, national and international levels, Davinder has led and engaged experts and government to deliver works of impact, and positive change. She holds separate non-executive Trusteeships with the Liverpool F.C. Foundation, The Golf Foundation, The Laurel Trust and the Royal Society for Public Health.

Dilip is Estabona Management’s Managing Director and has worked in Spain in the shopping centre sector for 25 years. Before establishing Estabona, Dilip held management positions in the American developer Hines where he was responsible for the development of Diagonal Mar shopping center in Barcelona and was previously Managing Director of the Canadian investment and development company TrizecHahn in Spain. Dilip currently maintains an investment company with Cadena, a U.K. based investment management company. Dilip holds undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Economics as well as an Advanced Certificate in Management and Technology Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Business.

Luis Cantu is a founding partner and serves as CEO of Seris Retail Holdings, a Mexico City and metropolitan area-focused retail property investment and management firm that has invested US$100 million since 2017. Seris Retail Holdings is backed by Calzada Capital Partners, a US-based private equity firm with over US$8.5 billion under management. Before founding Seris in 2017, Mr. Cantu was de COO for the retail development arm of Abilia and was responsible for the development of over 250,000 square meters of retail space and the successful sale of its largest retail development to Fibra Shop.
