The Investment Banking Area works with clients and partners to facilitate debt and equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, improved cash flow, tax efficiency, and debt reprofiling with balance sheet restructuring for a wide range of corporate clients, and additionally looking at many opportunities in a constantly evolving environment. We also provide a bespoke 'IB As a Service' for multifamily offices and advisory firms, among others.
