Biography

Carlos Montenegro is the CIO & COO at São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. He joined São Carlos in October 2012, initially leading Investor Relations. His extensive experience at the company includes directing FP&A and Operations, and serving as Managing Director of Best Center, the company's retail arm. Mr. Montenegro holds a degree in Business Administration from IBMEC-SP and has MBAs from INSPER-SP and FGV-SP, bringing strong financial and operational expertise to his current leadership role.
