Biography

Matteo Moschini is an Italian lawyer and founder of Studio Legale Moschini, based in Treviso. He focuses on corporate and commercial law, financial markets, negotiation and cross-border advisory. In July 2018, Matteo was appointed as a member of the task force established by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance to support the drafting of compensation measures for investors affected by banking crises. Alongside his legal practice, Matteo acts as an Italian Certified Advisor of the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE, supporting Italian companies, entrepreneurs and investors in developing business relationships between Italy and the UAE. He is currently involved in the development of a qualified network of off-market real estate opportunities in Italy, with a focus on hospitality, mixed-use assets and high-value investment projects. In this role, he supports clients in structuring cross-border relationships and investment opportunities between Italy and the UAE.
