Federico Pombo is an Investment Associate at Jamestown LP, where he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing commercial real estate investments across Latin America, with a particular emphasis on institutional mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Jamestown, he was part of the investment team at CCLA Group, where he focused on multifamily investments and development projects. Federico’s experience includes investment analysis, financial modeling, and structuring real estate transactions across the region.
