Francisco Conde
Biography
Francisco Conde joined Maslow Capital in 2024 as Origination Director for Spain. With over 12 years of experience, including 9 years in investment banking and real estate finance, Francisco has been actively involved in the origination, underwriting, and closing of approximately €300 million in real estate-backed loans since 2019. Before joining Maslow Capital, Francisco spent two years as Head of Alternative Lending at Urbanitae, where he played a key role in establishing the Alternative Lending Business Line in 2022 and successfully closed approximately €160 million in real estate loans. He also served as Head of Alternative Lending at Global Realty Capital, an institutional real estate investment fund based in Spain and backed by Rocket Internet, where he facilitated investments of approximately €100 million between 2020 and 2022.
