Biography
Roger has over 25 years of experience in banking and property. He began his career at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in London. His most recent roles include serving as Country Head for Fortis and BNP Paribas in Spain, and Deputy Head of Corporate Coverage for BNP Paribas in EMEA. In 2020, he founded ELBA Finance, an alternative lending platform in the Iberian Peninsula. Roger holds degrees in Law and Business Studies from C.U. San Pablo in Madrid and an SEP from Stanford University. He joined Maslow in 2023 as the Managing Director of Origination for Spain, where he brings his extensive experience and local knowledge of the Spanish market to the team
