Richard Pilkington
Biography
Richard is Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Group with over 30 years’ experience in real estate funds, investment and development. He is leading Fusion’s next phase of growth across the UK and European living sectors. Previously International CEO at Modon in Abu Dhabi, he completed one of the UK’s largest transactions - acquiring 2 Finsbury Avenue at Broadgate from British Land and GIC. He also led European real estate at Cain International, managing $3bn+ of assets, expanding into Europe and launching its first pan-European fund. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director at Oxford Properties (OMERS), co-founding the European platform and delivering landmark London partnerships, with senior roles also at MGPA and Lendlease.
