He holds an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from the RICS School of Built Environment and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Deepak has worked with leading organizations such as Tishman Speyer, CBRE, and Larsen & Toubro, specializing in investment strategies, asset management, and institutional advisory within the real estate sector.
