Maurício is a seasoned executive with a BBA, MBA, and MSc, and over 35 years of international experience at RBC, Sodexo, and Citibank. He has held senior roles across Brazil, Mexico, the U.S., Canada, and France, recognized for his strategic vision and transformational leadership.

As CEO of SEMPRE, he drives the company’s global expansion, strengthening its position in property management, build-to-suit (BTS), and real estate fund development.
