Hazel Shakur Quinn
Biography
Hazel Shakur Quinn is a partner and Head of Real Estate for Dentons in the Middle East, based in Dubai. She advises leading sovereign wealth funds, family offices, developers and investors on real estate development, investment and complex joint ventures across the region. With first-hand experience running a real estate company and co-founding one of the Middle East’s largest chartered surveying consultancies, Hazel brings a highly commercial perspective to her practice. She has led numerous “trophy asset” and first-of-their-kind transactions, including the UAE’s first Green REIT, and is consistently ranked as a leading real estate expert by Chambers Global and Legal 500.
